Mobb Deep Rapper Prodigy's Cause Of Death Revealed

(Radio.com) The official cause of death has been revealed from authorties for Mobb Deep rapper Prodigy, who passed away back on June 20th at a Las Vegas hospital.

The 42-year-old rap star died after arriving at the Las Vegas medical facility to receive treatment after experience a flare of up his sickle cell anemia during a performance.

The Clark County Medical Examiner has now released its determination regarding the nature of the rapper's death, as confirmed to USA Today by Shayla Pitre, a clerical assistant at the agency. The official cause of death is accidental choking. Read more here.
