Singled Out: Dawn Of Ashes's Guardians
. ![]()
Dawn Of Ashes are gearing up to release their new album "Daemonolatry Gnosis" on June 9th. They recently released the lead single "Guardians" and today Kristof Bathory tells us about the track. Here is the story: The lyrical concept of the song Guardians was inspired and is a philosophical / ritualistic connection to the gateway of the individual's daemons of the psyche. I was taught and took this inspiration from what I learned from reading books from the famous psychologist 'Carl Jung' and from the most notorious Magickian 'Aleister Crowley' and other various books on the subject. The whole cosmology of the Left Hand Path is to dig within and mold your subjective universe in order to create the ideal objective universe so you can be a god / master of both worlds. The psyche needs to reach totality by connecting with these archetypes within the spiritual matrix or what Jung called the 'collective unconscious'. This is the goal of Black Magick. The ability to mold the inner and outer world and connect with these various archetypes. Basically, your Guardians Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself here and learn more about the album and find their tour dates right here!
