Durst was quick to come to Christina's defense by denying Eminem's charges to MTV. He told the once upon a time music television station, "Im really attracted to her. I like her and Ive talked to her a couple of times and thats that. I havent had any type of intercourse with her. Shes never sucked my dick."
Durst also took Eminem to task for taking his rhetoric against other pop artist like 'N Sync and Britney Spears too far. On his new album Eminem is said to attack these pop stars in addition to his slurs against Aguilara. Durst said of Eminem's attacks "Hes sort of answering his critics. Hes going to the extreme with everything he can to now slap them in the face.its so over the top."
Durst quickly reversed course and defended Eminem. "I'm a friend of his, and when he throws me in the mix, I'm not offended. It's so over-the-top, I know that people aren't going to think this is true."
Don't be so sure Fred.
