It looks like Creeds latest release Weathered is vying to catch up with its predecessor Human Clay in sales as the album spends its third consecutive week at the top of the charts since its release last month.
According to SoundScan the CD sold close to a half a million more units last week (458,000) holding the latest installment of the Now. Thats What I Call Music! series to second place. In third place was the holiday themed Now. Thats what I call marketing installment cleverly titled Now. Thats what I call Christmas.
Elsewhere on the charts: Britney Spears came in 4th with her latest Britney. Nickelbacks Silver Side Up climbed back into the Top 10 this week, landing at No. 9 and "America: A Tribute to Heroes" debuted at No. 17. The once chart topping Limp Bizkit landed at No. 26 with their latest "New Old Songs", a collection of rehashed and remixed Bizkit tunes.
