Disturbed will begin work on the
follow up to their debut album, Sickness, once the Ozzfest concludes in August. They will take a break
from working on the new album in September to head-out on the road on a
headlining tour. At press time supporting acts for the tour are most likely
to be Drowning Pool and Stereomud with the possibility of other bands being
added before the tour kicks off.
Ministry is currently in the studio
working on the new material for the studio followup to Dark Side of the
Spoon. Ministry released a greatest hits collection last month aptly
titled Greatest Fits. No release date has been set for the new studio
CD.
Brooklyns Biohazard has recently
inked a deal with Sanctuary Records (Megadeth, Halford, Rollins Band) and
will release a new studio album on September 11th. The 13 track CD
is titled Uncivilization and like the bands previous work, the songs
will address political and social topics.
Corrosion of Conformity will be releasing a new live CD as full as full-length home video and DVD. The CD Live Volume will hit stores on August 7th with the home video set for release on September 25th.
The 15-track album was recorded live in
Detroit last April. Track listing for Live Volume: "Intro/These
Shrouded Temples," "Diablo Blvd.," "Senor Limpio," "King Of The Rotten,"
"Wiseblood," "Who's Got The Fire," "Albatross," "My Grain," "Congratulations
Song," "13 Angels/7 Days," "Vote With A Bullet," "Zippo," "Long Whip/Big
America," "Shelter" and "Clean My Wounds."
