The British metal publication says that Wes Borland will kick Fred Durst's ass if any of his riffs crop up on the new Limp Bizkit album.
Borland left the rap-rock group after concluding that they had sold out. The sparks flew in the press between him and Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst immediately after he left the group but things quieted down rather quickly until Durst recently made a public appeal to fans to contact Borland and plead with him to return to the group. A request that Borland quickly turned down. Whats more Borland said that the majority of fans took his said and told him to stay out of Limp Bizkit.
Since leaving Limp Bizkit Borland has formed a new group called Eat The Day, which is currently recording a debut album with producer Ross Robinson.
Now Borland is concerned that his former
bandmates plan to use his music in their next album. "Those are still my
riffs, and if they turn up somewhere besides the Eat The Day record there
will be a problem!", Borland was quoted as saying by Metal Hammer.
