Kodak Black Arrested In Florida On Several Charges

(Radio.com) Kodak Black's legal troubles carry into 2018; the rapper was arrested on Thursday (Jan. 18) in Florida and a host of charges by the Broward County Sheriff's Department.

The rapper was charged by the department with grand theft of a firearm, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, marijuana possession, child neglect without great bodily harm and two counts of probation violation, reports Pitchfork.

This is hardly the rapper's first run-in with the law. Black was released from jail last June and given a year-long term of house arrest and his legal troubles didn't stop there. Read more here.

Offset of Migos Addresses Controversial Verse

(Radio.com) Migos' Offset has apologized for a perceived homophobic lyric ("I cannot vibe with queers") that is found in his guest verse on YFN Lucci's single, "Boss Life."

"I didn't write the line about gay people," the rapper wrote on Instagram. "I got love for all people. My passion for fashion has lead me to a lot of gay people around me who I have mad respect for and we are very cool so I'm not in a place where I'm hating like that."

"When I wrote that I was thinking of words that could rhyme with the others (here, lear, solitaire, bear) and I saw this definition about her having a queer feeling she was being watched and it fit what I was thinking about a stalker creepy paparazzi situation," Offset wrote. "To me that 'queer' I don't mean someone who's gay. I mean lame people who film you, post it and stalk you. Lingo that means strange or odd. I M S O R R Y I A P O L O G I Z E I'm offended I offended anybody." Read more here.

Keith Urban Announces 'Graffiti U' Album And Tour

(Radio.com) Keith Urban will be spending a good portion of 2018 on the road promoting his new album Graffiti U. The singer announced the tour and album Wednesday night (Jan. 17) during a surprise pop-up show in Nashville.

The intimate two-hour concert included a performance with Kelsea Ballerini, who will open the North American leg of the tour. During the show, the two country stars sang a cover of Camila Cabello's "Never Be the Same." See fan footage of their performance here.

Urban's 58-city tour kicks off on June 15 in St. Louis and runs through November 3 in Dallas. "I've been full-on writing, recording, collaborating and creating with some incredibly talented people for Graffiti U, a lot of whom I've never worked with before," Urban said in a press release. "I can hear how some of the songs will translate live already, which really makes putting on a new show so exhilarating and I loved having our fans included in the announcement of the tour because it's their tour too."

Justin Timberlake Releases 'Supplies' Video

(Radio.com) As promised Justin Timberlake has released his new single "Supplies" and its accompanying music video, which features an appearance by Pharrell Williams.

The track is the latest song that has been from Timberlake's highly anticipated forthcoming studio album Man of the Woods, which is slated to be released on Feb. 2.

In the futuristic video, Timberlake sits and stares at a wall of television monitors broadcasting news clips about racism, misogyny and violence. He wanders a street filled with costumed, white-painted people, alligators and a man with a necklace made of handguns. Timberlake accompanies these powerful images with a love story depicted by warm embraces, face-stroking, and circles of fire spinning around him and his lover. Jason Aldean Announces Tour With Luke Combs and Lauren Alaina

(Radio.com) Jason Aldean is taking his show on the road. The country star has announced the High Noon Neon Tour, a 34-city run that launches in Kansas City, MO, on May 10.

Special guests Luke Combs and Lauren Alaina will serve as opening acts on the tour. "We named this tour after a song that'll be on my next record," Aldean explained in a press release. "It reminds me of the bars I grew up playing in Georgia when I was getting started. We're going to bring some of that raw energy out this summer with Luke and Lauren � I know we're all ready."

Fans can purchase tickets beginning Jan. 26 for select cities as part of Live Nation's Country Megaticket. Additional on-sale dates will continue to roll-out over the coming weeks. See the dates here.

Pharrell Will Perform at 2018 NBA All-Star Game Halftime Show

(Radio.com) The 2018 All-Star Game is set to be played on Feb. 18 at the Staples Center in California. The musical entertainment has already been revealed as the Pharrell and his group N.E.R.D have been tapped for the halftime show performance.

Pharrell is expected to perform a medley of his hits alongside songs from N.E.R.D's most recent release, No One Ever Really Dies. No stranger to collaboration, Pharrell may even bring some surprise guests to the stage and he has many to choose from.

In addition to a halftime set by Pharrell and N.E.R.D, Fergie will be in attendance to perform the National Anthem while Barenaked Ladies will sing the Canadian national anthem. Read more here.

Justin Timberlake Releases Super Bowl Behind-the-Scenes Video

(Radio.com) Justin Timberlake's Super Bowl Halftime Show is one of 2018's most anticipated musical events and February 4 is approaching fast. In collaboration with show sponsor Pepsi, Timberlake has made a video teaser that provides a taste of what his set will include.

The clip opens with career footage of Justin performing hits like "Sexyback" and "Cry Me A River." Then we see Timberlake exiting a black SUV at a performance or rehearsal venue. He describes how high the stakes are when millions of people are watching.

"I am getting an opportunity to have the stage to myself. I believe it's also the place where there's nothing wrong with giving people what they want," he says.

During the preview, Justin is seen circling up with his backup dancers, surveying the stage and carrying a guitar. "For 12 or 13 minutes, we'll have a really good time," he says.

Paris Jackson Get Emotional When Meeting Paul McCartney

(Radio.com) Paris, meet Paul. Paris Jackson, the daughter of music legend Michael Jackson, met Beatles icon Paul McCartney this week, and it was a very emotional moment for her.

"I cried like a god�- baby," Jackson wrote next to the photo of her meeting McCartney for the first time. McCartney and Michael Jackson have plenty of shared history, including a pair of Top 10 hit singles ("Say Say Say," "The Girl is Mine"), as well as the pair's infamous battle over the rights to the Beatles' catalog, which Jackson bought back in the 1980s.

Maren Morris Does Cover Of Deanna Carter's 'Strawberry Wine'

(Radio.com) Maren Morris recently showed her love for Deanna Carter's 1997 single, "Strawberry Wine." Morris' cover was performed live at the launch of Dierks Bentley's new Nashville bar, Whiskey Row last weekend (Jan. 14). The theme of the night seemed to be the '90s, leading Morris to tackle Carter's tune (via CMT)

Congratulations Dierks Bentley on opening Whiskey Row!," Morris posted on Instagram. "You always throw a damn good party, and I haven't sung 'Strawberry Wine' since I was 10."

Eminem, Dave Matthews, Childish Gambino Lead Grammy Concerts

(Radio.com) Eminem, Childish Gambino, Thirty Seconds to Mars, The National and Dave Matthews with guitarist Tim Reynolds will headline pre-Grammy concerts in New York City. The shows will take place between January 24-28 at Irving Plaza.

Also taking place in New York will be the annual The Roots Jam Session at the Gramercy Theater from January 24-27, a GRAMMY tradition held the week leading up to music's biggest night.

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw Have Rare Nashville Snowball Fight

(Radio.com) The best part about fighting with the one you love is making up. It's been snowing heavily in Nashville, and cute country couple Faith Hill and Tim McGraw made the best of the situation, staging a massive snowball fight outside of their home.

Hill shared a moment from the "fight" on Instagram, with each side dousing the other in big piles of snow. "Kiss�� You're forgiven," she shared on the followup post, featuring the couple kissing and making up after exchanging snow blows.

Future A Producer For The 'Super Fly' Remake

(Radio.com) Future has conquered the music world, setting records and establishing himself as one of hip-hop's biggest stars. Next up, he'll try his hand in Hollywood, producing Sony's remake of the 1972 blaxploitation film Super Fly.

The film will be directed by Director X, who has made music videos for Drake and Justin Bieber, reports Deadline. Trevor Jackson (Grown-ish) is attached to star as Youngblood Priest while Jason Mitchell (who played Eazy-E in Straight Outta Compton) will play Eddie.

Jackson's character is a cocaine dealer attempting to leave the drug business. In addition to Future, famed producer Joel Silver (Lethal Weapon, The Matrix) will back the project.

"Super Fly is about pulling off the ultimate hustle to get out of the game," Director X said. "Our goal is to make it modern � to make a movie where the style, the art direction, the camera movements are all part of what makes the movie Super Fly." Read more here.

Diddy Pledges $200,000 To French Montana's 'Unforgettable'

(Radio.com) Diddy has announced plans to donate $200,000 to French Montana's Unforgettable healthcare campaign -- an initiative that works to improve maternal health outcomes in Uganda. Specifically, the Suubi "Hope" Health Center will receive Diddy's generous gift.

French Montana and The Weeknd each gave $100,000 to the initiative, bringing the total celebrity haul to $400,000 and counting. Diddy's contribution includes $100,000 from his spirits label Ciroc, plus a matching donation from his own checkbook.

"I've always said my purpose is to inspire and empower the next generation to become great leaders - and to honor their hustle along the way," Diddy said in a statement. "In addition to passing the torch to French, I'm showing my support for the work he is doing in Uganda. Not only will Ciroc be donating $100,000 to support the organization Mama Hope, I am matching the donation so that our stories and successes can benefit as many people as possible." Read more here.

Watch Macklemore Play 'Three Words' In New Online Video

(Radio.com) Hit after hit, the latest album from Macklemore is proving to be a must-listen for just about every kind of music fan. Of course, one reason why Gemini may garner Mack his first solo GRAMMY nomination could be the chemistry the Seattle rapper has with each of his collaborators.

From Kesha to Lil Yachty, Gemini features a legit who's who of stars. Other guests on Macklemore's first solo studio album without Ryan Lewis in over a decade include Skylar Grey, Offset, Reignwolf, Xperience, and more. Gemini dropped back in September with "Glorious" as the lead single. That was followed up with "Marmalade" featuring Lil Yachty. And now, Gemini's latest single, "Good Old Days" featuring Kesha, has been received with overwhelmingly positive reviews.
