Benson Boone's Wanted Man Tour found it's way to the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois on July 24, 2026. Night 1 of 2 shows at the Allstate Arena was played in front of a sold out crowd. While the crowd waited for Boone to take the stage, fans sang along to every song that played on the arena speakers, while also doing the wave with enthusiasm. The crowd was preparing to match the energy that was going to greet them once Boone hit the stage.

The stage took up a majority of the Allstate Arena's floor with fans that not only lined the catwalk, but also filled the center cutouts. When the lights went out, cheers and screams erupted from the crowd as a story telling video played on the screen. At the first glimpse of Benson, the screams got louder. Boone went straight into his high energy performance by kicking off the set with "Sorry I'm Here for Someone Else." Fans sang along to every word and screamed louder when Benson got near their section. As "Mythical Magical" began to play and as the crowd got excited, Boone stopped the band and teased that he didn't believe the crowd knew the song he was about to sing...of course, they did!

Benson Boone made full use of his large stage, running up and down the ramps in the center and sides of the stage, spending time on the catwalk and smaller stage at the end of the thrust, often coming off the stage to stand on the barriers and sing to the crowd in front of him.

Of course, Benson's signature backflips were scattered throughout the show. During "In the Stars," Boone rode in a small star shaped cage that flew over the audience and gave those higher up a better glimpse of him. Benson took a very short break during his hour and 45-minute set, and his band relocated to the smaller stage and played a collection of slower songs. During "Momma Song," the screen shared home videos of Benson from birth to graduation with his mom and dad. After the band went back to the main stage, He sang his new song, "The Time of My Life," followed by a few more songs before ending the night with his first hit, "Beautiful Things."

As impressed as the fans were with Benson Boone, the feelings were mutual. Boone made many comments throughout the night about how impressed he was with the Chicago crowd, even calling out that he had never heard a crowd sing as loudly as they did to the songs being played by the arena before he took the stage. The night was full of energy, passion, and stories about how the songs that may have once been written about a specific person in his life were now an ode to his many fans and how lucky he is to be touring for his job. It's safe to say that Benson Boone made the right decision to withdraw from American Idol to make a name for himself.
