With 14 years of sailings in the books, the popular Monsters of Rock Cruise will return in 2027 with a lineup of more than 45 acts including Queensryche, L.A. Guns, Vixen and Tesla.

Monsters of Rock Cruise - May 6-11, 2027

The Pacific Ocean will really be rocking when the 2027 Monsters of Rock Cruise sails out of the Port of Los Angeles, headed to Ensenada, Mexico with nearly 50 hard rocking acts aboard. Taking place May 6-11 aboard the Norwegian Cruise Line ship Joy, the five night cruise is dubbed "Monsterwood," a combination of monster and Hollywood, because the fun will actually begin on May 5 with a pre-cruise party at an as-yet unannounced venue in Hollywood. When the ship sails there'll be non-stop rocking from bands like Tesla, Extreme, KK's Priest, Sebastian Bach, Winger, Queensryche, Y&T and Slaughter. Also featuring will be Eclipse, H.E.A.T., L.A. Guns, Michael Monroe, Vixen, Harem Scarem, Hardcore Superstar, Wig Wam, Armored Saint, Chris Holmes "The Sound of W.A.S.P.," Loudness, Faster Pussycat, Rhino Bucket, Tyketto, The Cruel Intentions, Shiraz Lane, Lynch Mob and Black 'N Blue. But that's not all! Rounding out the lineup will be Ted Poley, Tuk Smith, The Virginmarys, Cold Sweat, The Poodles, Babylon A.D., Chez Kane, Midnite City, Tailgunner, Confess, Sisters Doll, Wednesday 13, Tuff, Shotgun Mistress, Bad Marriage, Soto/Bieler, Hoekstra/Gibbs, Robby Vegas and Dueling Pianos. That's a whole lot of music for five days!

This sailing will mark the first time that the Monsters of Rock Cruise will sail from the west coast after more than a decade sailing out of Miami to the Caribbean. Of course besides all the music, the cruise will also give cruisers a chance to go ashore for some fun In Ensenada as well as enjoy the amenities that the Joy has to offer: Lots of eating and drinking options, spa, the unbelievable Norwegian Joy Speedway which is a two-level racetrack, pool and hot tub, casino and much more. The cruise itself will offer additional fun things to do like Q&A sessions, karaoke, "So You Think You Can Shred," Rockstar Paint Classes and comedy shows.
