Mightylicious

When it comes to snacks, you don't have to twist our arm. Whether it's a road trip or a big game on TV, we're down for snacks. Tuesday? Snack, snack, snack! We like savory snacks and sweet snacks and we especially love snacks that don't have a lot of unnecessary ingredients, like cookies from Mightylicious. Mightylicious cookies are, oh-so importantly, gluten free. And many are vegan. Otherwise they are kosher, hydrogenated oil and preservative free, non-GMO, and use only cage-free eggs. Now that you know what they're not, let's tell you what they are, besides delicious that is. Let's start with the yummy Salted Peanut Butter Cookies. Amazingly, these only have a few ingredients: peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, cane sugar, rice syrup, grape juice and salt. There is no grain, dairy or soy. And Mightylicious uses the same care with the ingredients that go into their other cookie varieties like the egg-free Brown Butter Short Bread Cookies and Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. And the same goes for all of the Mightylicious vegan cookies, like Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Grandma Arline's Vegan Oatmeal Coconut Cookies (Yep, these are our favorites!), Unbelievably Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies and the super yummy Vegan Double Dutch Chocolate Chip Cookies. Inside each bag of cookies, cookies are individually wrapped in three-packs so they're perfect to dole out for lunch boxes and the like. One of their favorite sayings at Mightylicious is "We bake from scratch so you don't have to" but sometimes you want to cook up something on your own. To that end Mightylicious also offers Vegan Chocolate Brownie Mix and All Purpose Flour for all of your baking needs. It is so nice to not have to worry about gluten in your snacks. Oh, and we absolutely adore the cute little unicorn that serves as the Mightylicious logo! Check out all of the goodies available from Mightylicious and order yours here.
