(Radio.com) Just weeks after Toni Braxton was hospitalized for lupus complication, she continued her tour wearing a heart monitor onstage, it has been revealed in new online video footage.
TMZ reports that doctors suggest carefully monitoring heart rate during potential flare-ups of the autoimmune condition, with which Selena Gomez and other high-profile stars also live.
"Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour," Braxton's team announced in a statement via her official Twitter account after Braxton was hospitalized for treatment of the condition. See the video here.
