(Radio.com) It's nearly been a year since David Bowie suddenly passed away shortly after his 69th birthday, and the many talented musicians who worked with him over the years are planning a series of celebratory concerts to honor his legacy.
Besides the birthday concert scheduled for London, Terminal 5 in New York announced a show to be held on January 10th, the one-year anniversary of Bowie's death. It's appropriately titled "Celebrating David Bowie: A Very Special David Bowie Concert With Bowie People Playing Bowie Music Bowie Style."
In addition to special guests, the event will feature several "Bowie Alum" who played in his band over the years, including Mike Garson, Earl Slick, Adrian Belew, Gail Ann Dorsey, Sterling Campbell and others. Read more here.
