Gucci Mane Gets Early Prison Release, Celebrates With New Song

(Radio.com) Gucci Mane released new track called "First Day Out Tha Feds," on Friday (May 27) which was recorded mere hours after he was released early from prison last week (May 26).

Produced by Mike WILL Made It, the track begins with a swirling, moody melody that builds into a strong beat. That melody resurfaces throughout the track and provides the basis for the over minute-long outro.

Gucci's verses aren't long. He raps about his time in prison as well as what took place to the people he loved while he was locked away. He mentions his mother turning her back on him, losing three people he loves and someone shooting up his home. "But I bend, I don't break / I don't ask, I take," he raps towards the track's end.
