Guided By Voices Lead Athens Popfest Lineup was a top story on Monday: Guided By Voices have been announced as a headliner for the 10th Athens Popfest, which will be taking place on August 8th through 11th at Little Kings and the Georgia Theatre in Athens, Georgia.
