Wayne Hector, who wrote One Direction's "Best Song Ever," "Steal My Girl" and "History," confirmed he has been writing with the pop superstar.

"We're writing together, but Niall wants to do it for himself and not other people at the moment," The songwriter said. "We have no idea where we'll end up."
