The music legend has been doing her best to keep tour dates on the agenda in 2016, but they keep getting canceled. Early this year, a pair of Florida shows were determined to be understaffed.
Later on, travel requirements for a show in Oklahoma proved insurmountable. Now, "doctors' orders" have caused the Queen of Soul to cancel five dates through the fall.
