(Radio.com) Carrie Underwood has premiered her new music video for "Church Bells" off her fifth studio album Storyteller on Tuesday (May 10). The live concert video shows Underwood performing "Church Bells" in a glamorous gold dress reminiscent of medieval armor while singing in the center of a packed stadium.
The video cuts between Underwood singing that song to other parts of her concert, showing off her fashion choices as well as the experience she gives fans, including her "Carrie Cam" and her backing band's jam sessions. With a few more months to go on her tour, Underwood looks as though she gives fans young and old a memorable time.
"Church Bells" cleverly flips the titular phrase on its head, moving as it does from a wedding to a funeral so that the song's central character Jenny experiences two major life events while hearing "church bells."
Even though it was originally supposed to conclude in May, Underwood extended her Storyteller Tour until November. She remarked about how much she enjoys the 360-degree view of the audience she gets from performing on a circular stage every night, which viewers can see in her new music video.
