(Radio.com) Travis Scott visited The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and brought a giant animatronic bird with him. The rapper performed "Sweet Sweet" and "Goosebumps" before the live audience in New York City, from his album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight.
The shadowy art direction included a fog machine, dim lighting and a deep red color scheme and in the background, the giant bird made an impression. Scott explained the title in an interview with Billboard this year: It's about writers' block and creative frustration.
"I couldn't do s I wanted to do to help forward pop culture and music," he said. "It's like motherfers still tryna hold me back so that was the whole gist of it. 'In the trap' has nothing to do with coke or anything. It's literally a trap." Watch Scott (and his bird) perform here.
