(Radio.com) Three high-profile musicians and rock bands were targeted by Twitter hackers over the weekend. The handles for Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, Tame Impala, and Bon Iver were hijacked to display false, disturbing and obscene messages, which have since been deleted.

Three of the acts responded to the hack with some form of an explanation. "Earlier today Keith's Twitter account was hacked along with other verified accounts. The hateful tweets that were posted have been removed," wrote Richards' team. Read more here.
