Justin Bieber Accused Of Song Theft With 'Sorry'

(Radio.com) Justin Bieber is being sued by the artist White Hinterland (Casey Dienel) who claims he lifted the signature vocalization from her track "Ring The Bell," for his hit single "Sorry."

"The writers, producers, and performers of 'Sorry' did not obtain a license for this exploitation of my work, nor did they obtain or seek my permission," Dienel wrote on her official Facebook page.

"Yesterday afternoon, I filed a lawsuit for copyright infringement against Justin Bieber and the other responsible parties." Bieber has yet to respond to the allegations, and it's unclear if he will be able comment on what is now an ongoing legal process. Check out both tracks here.
