Warner Bros. Pictures describes the stunts as being "performed by elite athletes representing the world's best in class in big-wave surfing, wingsuit flying, sheer-face snowboarding, free rock climbing, and high-speed motorcycling."
The film is directed by Ericson Core, who cut his teeth as the cinematographer on action flicks like The Fast and the Furious, Daredevil and Invincible. The original 1991 film was directed by the first woman ever to win a directing Oscar, Katherine Bigelow. Point Break is in theaters on December 25. Watch the trailer here.
