Underworld Evolution
Cornerstone reports: Underworld and it's accompanying soundtrack albums are perhaps the most thoughtful, valued and respected genre film soundtracks continuing in the proud tradition of The Matrix, The Crow and Spawn.

As Underworld Evolution continues the saga of the story, so does the new Soundtrack Album continue the tone set musically. On this new album is the exclusive debut solo recording from Chester Bennington, and a new exclusive recording by Puscifer. Chester Bennington is of course best know as the lead singer of iconic rock band Linkin Park. Likewise Pusicfer who contributed to the first Underworld album, is a new outlet for the highly respected, and ommercially successful music genius Maynard James Keenan. Maynard is best known as the frontman of both Tool and A Perfect Circle. Also a contributing member of Puscifer is Danny Lohner, the famed former Nine Inch Nails guitarist who is also a sought out songwriter, producer and remixer.[see full story for more including tracklisting]- Click Here for the Full Story

Switched Update
Kerosene Media reports: Switched's 2 disc set Ghosts in the Machine will be in stores January 10th.

Rumors have been flying for the past few months about the possibilities of the band reuniting for some shows in support of Ghosts in the Machine. Well, we are very happy to let everyone know that it is now looking like a reality that Switched will be doing some limited touring in support of GITM, starting with a February CD release show in Cleveland, details TBA. The definite lineup will consist of vocalist Ben Schigel, guitarists Joe Schigel and BC Kochmit, and bassist Josh Jansen (replacing Corey Lowery who departed to Dark New Day), who also plays in Kochmit's current vehicle, TINJEN. There is no official word if drummer Chad Szeliga, currently recording his first LP as the drummer for Breaking Benjamin, will be available for any/all of the shows, but, if it's humanly possible, hopefully he'll be there.
