E! reports: Assault was the case for Snoop Dogg--if you believe a man who says he suffered a beat-down at the hands of the rapper and his crew during a weekend concert. 

Richard Monroe says he was seriously roughed up Saturday night during the Seattle stop of Snoop and the Game's How the West Was Won tour. 

The 24-year-old man says he was invited up on stage by the two Southern California-based rap stars toward the end of the show. Elvis Vs Fans
Contact Music reports: British rocker ELVIS COSTELLO has refused to reimburse fans for tickets to his gig last Wednesday (25MAY05) - despite complaints he kept them waiting for two hours by watching his favourite soccer team LIVERPOOL win the CHAMPION'S LEAGUE FINAL. 

The OLIVER'S ARMY star was due to perform at Britain's University Of East Anglia, but infuriated his audience by turning up late after watching the historic match.

Suicidal Boy Bander
bbc reports: Singer Brian Harvey is in a critical condition in an east London hospital after he fell under the wheels of his own car, police have said. 

The former East 17 pop star was crushed underneath his Mercedes convertible outside his home in Walthamstow.

Contact Music reports: MICHAEL JACKSON's charge of administering an intoxicating agent to a child was reduced yesterday (31MAY05) by the judge presiding over the troubled singer's child molestation trial - thus improving the prosecution's chances of winning the case.

Morrissey Drops Fest
Ananova reports: Morrissey has pulled out of his appearance at this year's Isle of Wight festival. 

A posting on his website says he will not be appearing on June 11 due to "the pressure of preparing the new album".

White Stripes Satan Tour
liveDaily reports: Detroit alt-rock duo The White Stripes -currently in the midst of an extensive tour of Central and South America--are lining up a late-summer trek through North America to back their upcoming album, "Get Behind Me Satan," due to hit U.S. stores June 7.

Slash Dolls
Blabbermouth reports: McFarlane Toys has officially unveiled the Slash action figure, which is scheduled to hit store shelves � the toy aisle, not the music aisle � in late September. 

One of the best-known, most-talented and easily recognizable artists in music, Slash (VELVET REVOLVER, ex-GUNS N' ROSES) is a human action figure just waiting to happen. McFarlane Toys was happy to come to the rescue and put their sculptors to work re-creating Slash in 6-inch form.

BW&BK reports: SODOM have issued the following DVD update via their website (sodomized.info): "Hello Sodomaniacs! Here's the latest news about our DVD. 

After consultation with our label SPV we came to the conclusion to distribute the DVD in two different publications. 

Part 1 (two DVDs) will appear in September (Germany) and contain the Sodom history from 1982 to 1995 and the concerts from Sofia, WFF, Wacken, BYH and Rock Hard festival.
