Tremolo Debut

. (Rock Ridge Music) Tremolo is the brain-child of Oakland, CA based songwriter Justin Dillon. Dillon has decided to do something radical with Tremolo's first full-length album release "Love Is The Greatest Revenge" in stores 8/9/05. Fifty percent of the record royalties due to Tremolo will be funneled into a benevolence trust fund, called the Love > Revenge Fund. Says Dillon, "The people who buy this record will control this fund. They will in fact be the Board of Trustees. They will decide where the money goes based on how they would like to see the world change for the better." Fans will decide where to donate the fund via online voting and forums. The album features contributions from a number of players: Steve Bowman on drums (Counting Crows), Max Butler on guitar (Chuck Prophet), Julian Coryell on guitar (Aimee Mann), Dino Meneghin on guitar (Liz Phair), Kris Pooley on keyboards (Jane's Addiction)[see full story for to hear the first single. good stuff!] - Click here for the Full Story
