(Ananova) A rock band called the Wyrd Sisters perform at Hogwarts' Yule Ball in Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire, due out next month.
But the name is also used by an all-girl Canadian folk group - who are now considering legal action, reports the Sun.
But the real Wyrd Sisters are threatening to sue Warner Brothers as they've been performing under the name for 15 years.[see full story to find out which member of Radiohead is in the film version of the band]

The band in the harry potter is book is the weird sisters,not wyrd. Weird sisters,like in Macbeth. Let em sue Shakespeare.
