Nervous Return
It's Alive! reports: La Salle Records’ The Nervous Return are currently mastering “144 Hours”, their new release recorded at legendary Sound City Studios in Los Angeles with noted rock producer Joe Barresi (Queens of the Stone Age, Weezer, Tomahawk). 

While The Nervous Return’s new 12-track CD is tentatively slated for release Spring 2006, the band hit the road tonight for the first date of their second national tour in six months in Eugene, OR. at WOW Hall. The tour is a result of a whirlwind recording session that was set-up quickly yet spawned creative outburst of writing shortly before going into the studio for literally – 144 hours. Aside from the new CD, the band is releasing a new digital EP “The Sex, The Drugs….the Nervous return” and a limited edition, promo-only 7” “Bad Girl/Snow in Berlin” which were part of the Sound City Sessions. Studios in Brooklyn, NY with engineer Martin Bisi (Swans, Sonic Youth, John Zorn} in early December to record their new album Barriers and Passages.
