(Punk Music) Jive Records drops Reel Big Fish. The press release says that the band is "ecstatic" about this as they now get to go back to their DIY Roots. Wait a sec... What DIY Roots? So they are going to fall back on the indpendent labels now. Well at least they aren't giving up... or should I say at least they won't have to give up their publishing when signing with an indie.
They did throw in some digs against the corporate label assholes saying that without having a good Ska band on their roster, Jive can now focus on their "search for the next big boy-band." [see full story for more]
