Duncan Sheik Release
Universal reports: Duncan Sheik became a household name with his very first single, the smash hit "Barely Breathing" from his Grammy®-nominated gold-selling debut album. But his mainstream success may belie the depth of his work; he has scored for film and the stage, produced ambitious records for other artists, and captured audiences around the world with his remarkable voice and songcraft. 'White Limousine' is Sheik's most realized work yet - a set of catchy, thoughtful compositions that are pro-love and anti-war, both perfectly simple and breathtakingly vast. Included in the 'White Limousine' package are two discs, labeled MINE and YOURS. MINE is Duncan's version of these songs; YOURS is a DVD-ROM enabling listeners to create their own versions. Using the software provided, the listener can isolate and remix 'White Limousine's many sonic layers. This may be the first time a recording artist has released the entire contents of his or her album, instrument by instrument, giving listeners the ability to re-imagine the songs as hey see fit. White Limousine will be in stores Tuesday [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Scott Reeder This Week!
Chipster reports: As former Kyuss/The Obsessed bassist Scott Reeder prepares for the Jan. 24 release of his solo debut TunnelVision Brilliance, AOL Music has chosen to lend a hand of support by hosting a listening party of the album during the week of its release. Starting on January 23 and running through January 29, the listening party can be accessed at the full story link.

TunnelVision Brilliance was written, produced, and recorded entirely by Reeder in his own studio. The album is a much more personal and intimate soundscape than his thunderously heavy past, an inspired (and undeniably psychedelic) trip through the subconscious of one of underground rock's brightest luminaries. [antiMusic's Travis Becker gave this one 4.5 stars. So yeah it is that good!}- Click Here for the Full Story

Bob Dylan's creative genius reached a crescendo as he hit the road with a rag-tag band of folk troubadours in the 1975 Rolling Thunder Revue. Appearing unannounced in small venues, the Revue culminated in "The Night of the Hurricane" benefit at Madison Square Garden for wrongly-convicted boxer Rubin "Hurricane" Carter. In his first interview in 30 years, "The Hurricane" tells all. Folk legend Ramblin' Jack Elliott, violinist Scarlet Rivera, bassist Rob Stoner, and Ms. Jacques Levy reveal the inside story of the Desire album, Joey Gallo, the Rolling Thunder Revue and the maligned tour film, Renaldo and Clara.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
