.
(antiMusic) A lot of people work hard to make antiMusic what it is. So with our 8th anniversary we felt it was time to spotlight each writer so you can get to know them a little better. Over the next few weeks we will be posting a small portion of each staff person's new profile page. So let's get to know Mark Hensch a little better.

Mark has been with antiMusic for over 2 years. He recently took on the task as editor of the relaunched ThrashPit.com but still keeps up with cool indie bands with his Hensch's Hometown Heroes series on antiMusic. His first concert was Blink-182 and Green Day when he was in 7th grade. He lists Shadows Fall, YOB, Enslaved, Mastodon, Nile, Ogre, Dresden Dolls, Blood Brothers, Pig Destroyer, Indian as his Top 10 Favorite artist. His musical pet peeve is "basically boring, simple, catchy hook music all about ear candy" His favorite part of antiMusic is "working for it" Click the full story to learn more about Mark and discover what he would do to every Emo band if he had the chance and a lot more!
