FCC May Aid Indies

(CMJ) In what could be a landmark decision in favor of independent music, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is considering an internal proposal that would require commercial broadcasters to reserve a certain amount of airtime for "independently produced" music, the Hollywood Reporter revealed today.
