No Ozzfest for Kids

(antiMusic) This is a bit of a follow up to a story later in today's report. Turns out that Black Tide won't be replacing Circus Diablo on Ozzfest after all. Why? Because they are not old enough to legally drink that magic elixir known as Jagermeister. Here is what the band had to say on their Myspace page:"A few days ago we got the news that Ozzfest would like for us to join the rest of the tour, playing on the second stage. The bags were packed, the RV was ready to go, and we had just 8 hours before we were leaving for the tour. "Then, Jagermeister decided that since we were underage, they couldnt allow us to play on their stage. We had the support of Live Nation and Ozzfest, but because Jagermeister owns the second stage, we cant play. Sorry that we got anyones hopes up and we feel terrible about this whole ordeal."
