Kanye West American Idol Audition Clip Goes Online

(Radio.com) American Idol will be entering its final season in the New Year, so apparently Kanye West decided to finally take the opportunity to fulfill a life-long dream.

The first clip from Kanye's audition for the reality competition show was released yesterday (December 22), and it shows a very nervous Yeezus standing in front of judges Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick Jr. and Keith Urban and getting ready to show 'em what he's got!

"My name is Kanye. I'm from the South Side of Chicago. I'm originally a producer," West says. "[I] always wanted to rap, but no one ever believed in me. So I wanted to try some things out." Read more here.
