Rockin' 1000 creator, Fabio Zaffagnini, was thrilled with the event as he made a plea to the Foo Fighters to come to Cesena. "Italy is a country where dreams cannot easily come true, but it's a land of passion and creativity," he said. "What we did here is a huge, huge miracle. I've been working on this project for a year waking up every morning thinking about how to make it real. "One thousand rockers that came from all over the nation at their own expense, and they just did one song - your song. So our call is to ask you, the Foo Fighters, to come and play for us."
