Rihanna's 'Kiss it Better' Gets Remixed
.
(Radio.com) It's officially June and music lovers will spend the next few months debating the song of the summer--behold, a new remix of Rihanna's "Kiss It Better" for your consideration. The mix was done by Canadian DJ Kaytranada and features funky flourishes to lift the original mix to new heights. Who knew one of Anti's more straightforward R&B tracks could be reimagined as a fresh 80's synth joint? Kaytranada says he did. 'I probably had it on repeat," the producer told Beats 1 yesterday. 'I really love the song, but I really wanted to remix it and I had this idea of you heard it previously, how it sounded. It's hard to explain 'I just think about it and then, boom!" Check it out here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com. |
