The Agder Police Department tells TMZ ... Snoop was stopped at customs at the Kjevic Airport in Kristiansand ... where officials discovered 8 grams of [marijuana]. According to the cops, anything less than 15 grams is merely punishable by a fine -- and in Snoop's case, the violation ran him 12,000 Norwegian Krone ... which converts to roughly $1,980.13. We're told Snoop was cooperative ... and quickly took care of the fine ... because he probably carries that kind of money in his back pocket. more on this story

TMZ broke the story, Keith Sturtevant -- a former "warehouse manager" for Celine and her husband -- filed a federal lawsuit ... claiming he was never paid overtime even though he regularly worked more than 40 hours per week during his 3 plus years of service. But a rep for Celine tells TMZ, Sturtevant was "paid a handsome yearly salary that covered overtime for his services for three years." In his lawsuit, Sturtevant says he originally made about $50,000 per year -- but eventually got a raise to $63,000 per year. The rep also claims Sturtevant turned down a very handsome severance package -- vacation pay plus $10k -- when he was fired last month. We're told Sturtevant got the boot due to poor performance. more on this story

NBC sources tell us, Savannah will be anchoring with Matt Lauer Friday ... and it's "likely" they will formally announce the big switch during the show. We're told the reason it's likely is because Matt is on vacation all next week for the holiday -- and the network wants to announce his new co-host while he's still around ... to show a united front. TMZ broke the story ... Ann would be getting the chop after Matt made it clear he didn't want to work with her anymore. The declining ratings at "Today" didn't help. After Ann's emotional exit announcement on Thursday's show, sources say she was in no mood to talk ... and kept quiet by herself in the studio until it was time to leave. During exit negotiations, Ann had previously demanded the remaining $20 million of her co-hosting contract -- but NBC didn't want to pay her that kinda cash. It's unclear what kind of payout Ann will get, but our sources say NBC offered $10 mil. more on this story
Sources close to Charlie tell us ... Sheen believes someone should pay for spreading such terrible lies about him ... and he's already rounding up his legal team to figure out his plan of attack. Sheen appeared on "TMZ Live" Wednesday ... and said he had been spending so much time promoting his new show "Anger Management" ... he had no time to rage with drugs, booze and hookers ... even if he was so inclined. He was also adamant ... a second story from the same mag claiming he "flipped out" on his daughters and bailed on the premiere for Denise Richards' new movie is also bogus to the core. We're told Charlie believes a defamation lawsuit could flush out the "source" who's spreading lies about him. more on this story
One Direction continue working on new music in a Los Angeles studio. Earlier this week, the group announced that their new single, "Heartbreaker," will be released November 20 (UK), November 27 (US) and November 28 (worldwide). The band's sophomore album is expected to be issued later this year or early in 2013. Watch the Radio Disney video here.
The clip features Del Rey playing Jacqueline to A$AP Rocky's John F. Kennedy in a throwback to early 60s America. "Lana was really interested in exploring this loss of innocence, this idea that what you think you're experiencing is maybe not what it's always going to be," director Anthony Mandler told MTV. "Because when you say 'Kennedy,' that immediately evokes something ... so I think using that power, that pedigree of the story is a really fascinating place to show the loss of something, the breakdown of something." In the opening of the video, Del Rey plays Marilyn Monroe as she recreates the movie icon's version of "Happy Birthday" as sung to Kennedy. Watch the video here.

The former New England Patriots running back has been hit with divorce papers from his wife of 12 years, Desiree Antoine-Dillon. According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Desiree is blaming the split on irreconcilable differences. Desiree is asking for full legal and physical custody of their 3 minor children ... with Corey getting visitation rights. She's also asking for spousal support. Desiree had filed for divorce from Corey back in 2010 ... but the split was called off a month later. Fun fact -- Dillion once held the record for racking up the most rushing yards in an NFL game (278) ... but it was later broken by Jamal Lewis (295) ... and then Adrian Peterson (296). more on this story
Michael Sokolski -- who co-founded Scantron in 1972 -- died June 13 at the age of 85 ... after suffering from congestive heart failure. Sokolski didn't just change the world of education ... after WW2, he fought with Polish Forces under the British Eighth Army Command from 1945 to 1947 ... and was honored with the Italy Star and War Medal for his service. more on this story
Sources close to the Kardashian klan tell us, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Rob, Bruce and Kris all stopped by the Hollywood Forever cemetery to buy a family plot. We're told they haven't picked out the exact place yet, but scoped out several locations ... including a giant mausoleum. Right now, we're told the major logistical concern is size -- Kim and her sisters aren't sure how many kids they'll have ... but they want plenty of room for all. Like we said -- creepy. FYI -- Kim's dad Robert Kardashian is buried in another cemetery. more on this story
James Stenson just filed a lawsuit against Nagra -- claiming they were "life partners" for 6 years before they were formally married in 2009 ... and during that period, they promised to share their combined wealth. In fact, Stenson claims when Nagra got the "E.R." gig in 2004, he agreed to give up his job as a photographer and took on the role of managing the couple's life in L.A. ... even though he was making more than $300k per year as a shutterbug at the time. But Stenson claims Nagra was secretly plotting to keep all of their wealth under her command ... and did so by setting up shell corporation that only she controlled. Stenson claims the couple purchased 3 homes during their pre-marital partnership, but they were all bought through the "shell" company. Nagra filed for divorce in February 2012 ... and during the three years of marriage, Parminder made A LOT less than she did when they were merely life-partners ... probably because "E.R." was cancelled in 2009. Stenson has clearly realized he doesn't stand to walk away with much cash in the divorce -- so he's filed this lawsuit hoping to convince a judge he's entitled to the BIG MONEY Parminder raked in during their stint as "life partners." Stenson claims he's entitled to at least $500k in damages PLUS 50% of each of the 3 properties Parminder purchased through the "shell" company during their pre-marital partnership. more on this story
Reid Coffman -- owner of the University of Kentucky apparel store Blue Zone -- trademarked "Fear the Brow" last November for his popular Davis-themed merchandise. Davis attempted to trademark the SAME phrase earlier this month. Davis -- who was drafted to the New Orleans Hornets last night -- hasn't officially challenged Coffman's trademark, but his recent trademark filing is a clear sign Davis plans to go to war over the slogan. Unfortunately for Coffman, it's not a cut-and-dry case just because he filed first. Anthony arguably has a viable claim to the trademark because the "Fear the Brow" slogan trades off his persona, particularly his extremely unique face hair. Nevertheless, Coffman insists he owns the full rights to the trademark because he created the slogan -- and if Davis wants to buy it ... he's willing to play ball. Coffman wouldn't specify a selling price -- but tells us, "If someone like Nike took this slogan over it could be worth millions." Coffman says he's currently ready to accept offers. Calls to Davis' reps were not returned -- but moments before he was drafted, Davis was asked about the trademark filing ... and he responded, "My agents and my parents talked it over and they came at me with the idea. And I loved it. Who doesn't love money?" more on this story
