Guns N Rehab
Metal Sludge reports: Well as always Metal Sludge is being tagged as the "bad" people because of our recent blurb about Slash allegedly bailing on Velvet Revolver. Of course there is no hard facts for this yet, but like the old saying goes: where there's smoke, there's fire.... Now an additional source has told us that Duff McKagan has indeed entered a rehab center in the Cascade Mountains in the state of Washington near his home. Country Kidnapping
AP reports: The ex-wife of country music star Garth Brooks was kidnapped at gunpoint by a man who worked on her farm after she cooperated with a bail bondsman who wanted to arrest the worker, authorities said Tuesday.

Sandy Brooks had allowed the bondsman onto her property Monday to apprehend the man, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The worker responded by drawing a weapon, forcing her into a car and ordering her to drive away, said Barry Lamb, undersheriff of Rogers County.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Clay Aiken Conspiracy
Day in Rock reports: What half way through the week and no salacious Clay Aiken stories? Yes they are getting as old hat and boring as "Pete Doherty Arrested Again" headlines but celebrity terrorist site Faded Youth has an interesting story about Claymate Hysteria over the recent gay accusations. Some Clay fans see Gay Aiken stories as a big conspiracy. Faded Youth reports, "working feverishly in efforts to disprove or derail any and all talk of the scandalous allegations, insistent that the stories must be the conspiratorial work of gay extremists or others. Taking notes from Al-Qaeda, scandal talk is above top secret and forbidden on the Claymate message boards, instead hidden away in private forums where they plot retaliation in their ongoing Clay jihad. The more resourceful Claymates have called for boycotts of media reporting the story), and the less resourceful have simply resorted to spamming sites that dare to reference the story. Some of their more hilariously bizarre efforts are their C.S.I. type examinations of the infamous webcam, while one of the more devious efforts is a story leaked to the media of a supposed conspiracy to frame Aiken by impersonator Coti Collins."

They also report that John Paulus, the man that claimed a gay tryst with Aiken, has launched his own blog. Among the most interesting things on Paulus' site is a story by Q-Notes that reports "To the gay community of Charlotte - many of whom knew Aiken during his time spent at UNCC - the revelation comes as no surprise." Click the full story and Faded Youth will hook you up with all the links, but better act fast before the men in black shut down that site! Clay isn't gay according to the Aiken camp. Suge Goes Bust
TMZ reports: One of Hollywood's original "Kings of Bling" has gone bust. Marion "Suge" Knight, head of Death Row Records, has filed for Chapter 11 personal bankruptcy this morning in federal court, TMZ has learned. The groundbreaking record company he founded is apparently planning to also file for bankruptcy later today, sources say.

The legal maneuvering comes after Knight recently lost a $107 million judgment to Lydia Harris, who claimed to be half-owner of the rap empire. In her complaint, Harris alleged that Knight schemed to "destroy her ability to lay claim to her rightful share of the ownership and profits" of the label. Superior Court Judge Ronald Sohigan found that Knight did not answer legal inquiries in the case nor did Knight provide information requested by the court, so he found in favor of Harris before the case even went to trial.
