to trademark her similar-sounding stage name.

fans might confuse the two performers if Mary Carey's application to trademark
her name for audio and video recordings is successful. However, the porn
star - real name MARY COOK - insists she's not intimidated by the Grammy
Award winner, saying, "It's kind of funny because I'm a porn star and I've

the fatal nightclub shooting spree two years ago in which Dimebag and 3
others were killed, have filed a lawsuit against the Alrosa Villa Nightclub
owners, saying the club provided inadequate security.
Jerry and Karen Wessler suffer severe and
permanent emotional injuries, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in

drummer from DIO/BLACK SABBATH, checked in with Hardrock Haven after returning
from England and recording with Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi and Geezer
Butler. The band, called HEAVEN AND HELL, is recording bonus tracks for
the "Black Sabbath: The Dio Years" release is planning a world tour. Here
are a couple excerpts from the interview: Hardrock Haven: I think everyone
wants to know what the new music is going to sound like.
Appice: It sounds
I was blown away when
I heard the songs. They sound very SABBATH-y, you know, really evil songs.
And very, very heavy, but a little bit more modern. Ronnie did some absolutely
killer melodies, and vocals and lyrics on it. It just fit so well together.
I heard the original tracks with just the drum machine, you know, and once
we put the drums on it, it completed the puzzle. It just came alive. The
