Press Release reports: Fort Minor is finally
going on tour in their North American tour with select dates abroad from
January through March. Fort Minor, featuring Mike Shinoda and Styles of
Beyond, will be touring with Little Brother and Demigodz with a one-night
appearance by Ghostface in NY. Check out Fort Minor on their first U.S.
and Canada tour performing tracks from The Rising Tied, including "Remember
the Name," "Believe Me," and "Petrified" as well as a few Linkin Park tracks

Hour Update |
Victory reports: Its a new year and Darkest
Hour has a lot of radical activities brewing! Their headlining Revolver-sponsored
tour with Himsa, A Life Once Lost, The Acacia Strain and Dead To Fall runs
from February 17th until April 1st, hitting virtually every market in the
U.S. The tour also sponsored by Rockett Clothing. But that is not all!
They have announced that their 12 minute instrumental tour de force, Veritas,
Aequitas", will be played at select dates announcements will be posted
on the Darkest Hour website, www.darkesthour.cc. Metal fans have called
for this song live since it was released on Hidden Hands of A Sadist Nation
in June 2004. They are also planning to pull some older material out on
various shows, so dont miss this tour. The entire tour itinerary has been
announced, dates are below.
In other news, Darkest Hour will enter
the studio in January with Brian McTernan to re-mix and re-master their
first Victory album, So Sedated, So Secure, which will be re-released
on March 7, 2006. This re-issue with contain a new layout, liner notes
written by the band, two new tracks, covers of Pentagrams Be Forewarned

conqueroo reports: The chance union of Caitlin
Cary, Tonya Lamm and Lynn Blakey as Tres Chicas resulted in a 2004 album,
Sweetwater, widely hailed as one of that years strongest debuts. It was
only supposed to be a side project for the three artists, but it took root
in the hearts of many. On March 7, 2006, Tres Chicas will return with their
second release, Bloom, Red & The Ordinary Girl, which expands the trios
already formidable musical horizons. And its safe to say Tres Chias is

Adrenaline PR reports: Every Time I Die van
crash.. Band vocalist Keith Buckley articulates; I'm gonna have to agree
with lambgoaters on this one, we really SHOULD have died. The first thing
that went through my head when i realized our van was doing cartwheels
off the I-80 was "I bet Cliff Burton is going through Andys head". Then
I was all "fuck! Jordan must have flinched right before hitting the launch
ramp we built" then some glass broke, a shitload of poop fell out, the
roof was at my feet, Durst (who was surfing on top of the van like styles
in teen wolf) was thrown into a PERFECT 720 double backflip and totally
stuck the landing, and my long island iced tea was spilt all over my 1/2
pound of alaskan king crab legs.
We want to thank the Laramie Wyoming police
department for arriving at the speed of light maple syrup. Within the blink
of an eye (for someone in a 45 minute coma) they (I mean HE) was on the
scene- belittling, yelling, arguing and refusing to let us stay warm in
his police car. We thank god for keeping us relatively injury free, since
it wasn't until an hour and a half later that we arrived at the hospital
to get xrayed and have our urine sampled, which was fucking weird because
nobody else had to donate a sample except me and the nurse stood behind
me- yelling- the entire time AND she made me pee into an empty tissue box
instead of a cup.
At the end of the day, to anyone concerned,

icons RHAPSODY have announced that they will release their first live album
on Magic Circle Music. Entitled "Live In Canada 2005 The Dark Secret",
the release is a testimony of pure energy, with over 60 minutes of footage
recorded at the Metropolis in Montreal/Canada on June 14, 2005 during leg
one of the MANOWAR's 'Demons, Dragons and Warriors World Tour'.
Live In Canada 2005 The Dark Secret
will be released in two configurations: as a CD format that features the
complete Montreal show and as a limited edition CD package (with the complete
album recorded in 5.1 surround sound) that will include a bonus DVD that

Press Release reports: Zero-Sum Recording
artists JACKNIFE have announced the addition of Austin drummer Josh Montano
(CREMATORIUM, WAR WITHIN) to the group's ranks. "We tried out a bunch of
amazing drummers but we all knew Josh was the right guy after just the
first song," remarks vocalist Joe Ortiz. "He is the best drummer we have
ever played with. He will certainly help push us to the next level."
Just off their highly successful tour with
It Dies Today, Still Remains, Scars Of Tomorrow and Bullet For My Valentine,
Jacknife secured January dates with Dead to Fall and Ion Dissonance. Josh's
debut performance with Jacknife will be on January 19 in Lubbock, TX. [see

Release Party |
Press Release reports: Switched have announced
their first live performance in over two years. The band will be performing
LIVE at the Odeon Concert Club in Cleveland, OH on Feb. 28 for the Ghosts
in the Machine CD Release Party, with special guests Allele.
This will also be both a very sad, and
special night as not only will this show mark Switched's return to the
stage, but it will also serve as a swan song for the Clevelands Odeon.
After spending over a decade as one of Clevelands premier venues, the
Odeon will close its doors for good on March 1st, 2006.
Switched will release Ghosts in the Machine
this coming Tues. Jan 10th, 2006 through Corporate Punishment Records.
The album is a 2-disc set with the second disc containing various B-sides,

Press Release reports: SKINLESS have begun
recording for their forthcoming Relapse full-length.
The record, titled Trample The Weak, Hurdle
the Dead, will be the bands first to feature new vocalist Jason Keyser
and is being recorded with long-time engineer Brett Portzer at his Max
Trax Studios. Trample The Weak, Hurdle the Dead is the follow up to 2002's
From Sacrifice To Survival.
Song titles for Trample The Weak, Hurdle
the Dead include the title track, "Execution Of Reason", "Endvisioned,
"Sycophant," and "Overlord." Trample the Weak, Hurdle the Dead is scheduled
