(AP) Morgan State University police are considering whether to pursue criminal charges against rapper Lil' Wayne after someone threw money into a crowd during a performance, causing a melee that left three young women injured. It was unclear whether Lil' Wayne or a member of his entourage flung the bills into the crowd, said university Police Chief Adrian Wiggins.
