Ariana Grande In Horror Movie Spoof 'Dogface Filter'
.
(Radio.com) Ariana Grande stopped by Jimmy Kimmel's show ostensibly to promote her new album Dangerous Woman. However, the star debuted a trailer for a side project you probably haven't heard of: the upcoming Snapchat movie, "Dogface Filter." The star is no stranger to the ephemeral messaging platform, so the spoof trailer hits Grande (and her millions of followers) right where they live. In the clip, Grande and a friend are messing around with Snapchat's popular new filters. She's particularly dumbstruck by the dog face filter, and gets lost in the flattering canine reflection. A throaty voice actor adds, "What began as a game becamea nightmare." "I love being a dog!" she said, enthusiastic. Then Grande goes catatonic. "I'm so cute." From there, the menacing trailer goes straight-up horror movie, leading to this campy title and tagline: "Dogface Filterbecause some snaps are forever." Grande also performed her album's title track, "Dangerous Woman." Watch the trailer and the performance here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
