(Earache) Richmond thrash-core kings Municipal Waste have finished work on their debut album for Earache. Entitled 'Hazardous Mutation', The Waste's new album was recorded in the band's hometown of Richmond, Virginia, by Corey Smoot (aka Flattus of Gwar). 'We are very excited about this record and we feel its by far our best material to date,' states frontman Tony Foresta.
