Label Fall Out
Day in Rock/MTV reports: MTV spoke with Fall Out Boy Bassist Pete Wentz about their forthcoming album and the reasons for the delay. Here is an excerpt from that article: As it turns out, it had nothing to do with the band and everything to do with shakeups at its label,.

"We've been ready to record for about the last three weeks, but there's been, um, if I go into specifics, I'll get into trouble," he said. "There have been some changes at our label [Island/Def Jam], a little bit of strangeness there. Keef plead guilty to the reckless driving charge 31 years ago and paid a fine but according to AP, "The governor said he got the idea for a pardon when he realized that Richards' impression of Arkansas 'was marred by a misdemeanor traffic stop.'"
