(FMQB) Despite a third straight week where no album sold over 100,000 copies, The Notorious B.I.G.'s new Greatest Hits collection topped the sales charts, giving the late Rapper his third #1 record. Greatest Hits sold just over 99,000 units, barely 7,000 more than the #2 album from Canadian indie rockers The Arcade Fire.
