CBS Vs Stern Update

. (antiMusic) Howard Stern and CBS Radio are reportedly about to bury the hatchet. CBS filed a breach of contract lawsuit against the self-proclaimed King of All Media shortly after he fled their airwaves for the greener (as in money) pastures of satellite radio. Both sides have reportedly reached an out of court settlement but have yet to sign off on the deal-- Literally. Both sides told the press that the agreement has not yet been signed and when it is they will issue their statements (mostly like stating how they won out).
