. (PR) Hailing from the sleepy Los Angeles suburb of Diamond Bar, Goldenboy create indie-pop tunes which remind you of the mixtape to a roadtrip you took long ago. Their shimmery songs travel through a technicolor world with wide-eyed naivet�. And while their hooks can be deceiving with an unexpected blue note here and surprising turn of phrase there, repeated listens will find the tunes burrowing into your conscience. Goldenboy is Shon Sullivan (vocals, guitar, keys) and Bryan Bos (drums and backing vocals.) "The name started somewhere on a European tour I did with Elliott Smith. Elliott said a little joke thing like, 'Hey Goldenboy.' And I've been Goldenboy ever since."
