Hensch's Hometown Heroes Update

(DiR) We have a major change for one of our more popular series here at antiMusic. Hensch's Hometown Heroes where Mark Hensch turns you on to new unsigned and indie artist every week will be slowing down a bit from the weekly column you are used to. We'll let Mark give you the 411, here he is:

It is with much deliberation I have decided that running a weekly full-length reviews column simply is too difficult at this time in my life. There is still millions of unsigned and obscure bands worth your collective ears, but as a college sophomore with a heavy course load, ambitious extra-curricular activities, and what I hope will be a very active year, I simply cannot find time to give you the best of the underground each and every week.

From now on I will be updating if and when I can, with no schedule or plan, simply when the moment allows. Keep supporting the best of the best in the underbelly of rock music and if you are a hungry band, please contact me and I'll be happy to hear you out, it just might take much longer this time. Much love and thanks for a good ride, Mark Hensch 2007 - more on this story
