(antiMusic) Normally when we do an artist Top 5 list we stretch it out over a week but we have a special edition today where we give you System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian's stories about his five favorite tracks from his brand new solo CD 'Elect The Dead' which hits stores tomorrow. Here is Serj:

Honking Antelope: Imagine an antelope driving a truck with a human tied to its front hood. A metaphorical statement of a world upside down. Civilization is over! What shall we be now?

Elect the Dead: This song is in the vein of the direction I'm leaning towardorchestral, stripped down, gut wrenching acoustic tracks with powerful emotive reflections.

Lie Lie Lie: If we can't laugh in the end, we miss the whole point of life.

The Unthinking Majority: A song that's dually critical of our leaders and of our reality escapism (causing us to elect such leaders). A very blatant punk ethos political song.

Beethoven's C*nt: A very classical music based rock song that stretches from the micro to the macro in interpretation.
