"Live in Glasgow" documents a rare two-night appearance by the influential synth-pop group at Glasgow's Carling Academy in October 2006. Rhino highlights the very best moments from the celebratory shows, capturing songs that span the band's extraordinary career, including several rare performances of Joy Division favorites. The set list covers songs from New Order's entire career, from the band's first single "Ceremony" and its biggest hits, including "Blue Monday," "Temptation" and "Bizarre Love Triangle," to a trio of Joy Division classics, "Love Will Tear Us Apart," "Transmission" and "Shadowplay." The video also includes interviews with all three band members, filmed exclusively for this DVD.
New Order music playlists are also available on the band's imeem profile for free streaming. On imeem, fans can create their own custom music, video and photo playlists and embed them on blogs and social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook. Simply cut and paste the embed code located under each player. - more on this story
