There was much speculation as to whether the singer would be well enough to perform but Nic insisted on not letting the fans down and went on against strict orders.
Jet performed 7 songs including the new single "She's A Genius" and classic "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" to packed venue, welcoming crowd and VIP guests including David Bentley (England and Tottenham player) and The Who / Oasis drummer Zak Starkey.

The band were thrilled Nic was able to perform for the This Feeling audience with bassist Mark Wilson saying "Nic is resilient and doesn't like to cancel a show. After Monday night he wanted to get right back on the stage for the fans."
Nic Cester added "We really believe in this record and want everyone to hear it so canceling the gig tonight was not an option."
Nic got the night started with 'She's A Genius' saying: "I'm going to kick things off with the song I should have finished the other night."
The Aussie rockers are in London on a whirlwind promotional tour ahead of their third studio album SHAKA ROCK and lead single "She's A Genius." The band will continue on to Europe this week for a further three festival appearances before returning to the UK for 2 V Festival performances on August 22 and 23.
