You Say Party! We Say Die! drummer Devon Clifford collapsed onstage during a Friday night concert in Vancouver and passed away early Sunday morning. Spinner Canada reports that Clifford reportedly suffered a brain hemorrhage and after having emergency neurosurgery at 3AM, he was on full life support for about a day before passing away at age 30 early Sunday. more

Soundgarden performed its first show since 1997 this past Friday night (April 16) under the name Nudedragons (anagram of Soundgarden) at the Showbox at the Market in its Seattle hometown. Blabbermouth has audio from the full show here

Rock Radio reports that Killswitch Engage singer Howard Jones will return to the band after taking time off for personal reasons, fronting a set of shows in the US starting on May 19.
